Certified as a Specialist Fertility, Pregnancy & Postnatal Coach in 2019 Qualified Transformational Coach Hypnotherapy, EFT & NLP Practitioner Karen is a Certified Fertility, Pregnancy & Postnatal Coach, with expertise in supporting individuals and couples on their unique journeys.

 

She empowers her clients to embrace life, fostering a sense of empowerment, even amidst the challenges of fertility struggles. Karen is also a Qualified Mindset Transformation Coach, Hypnotherapy, EFT, and NLP Practitioner, blending these modalities for deep and lasting results.

 

Her practice focuses not just on the desire for a baby but on supporting each individual's emotional and mental well-being. Karen's approach is tailored to each person's needs, helping them unravel overwhelm and find true meaning on their path. Her specialism lies in guiding clients from fear, grief, or trauma towards calm confidence, rebuilding self-belief and trust in their bodies and minds. Her supportive and inclusive approach supports singles, individuals, couples, and members of the LGBTQ community.

 

Karen's own experience with a 15-year fertility struggle, an IVF pregnancy, and postnatal challenges has given her a unique and profound understanding of the emotional journey. Her work is featured in various media outlets including Newsweek and The Stylist. She is also a regular speaker on BBC Radio and is a Best Fertility Coach Finalist as part of the European Fertility Society's Global Fertility Awards.

 

Karen's mission is to offer a calm, confidential space for clients to explore their decisions and plan for the future, lightening the emotional load during this delicate period. A large part of her practice is based around community building, creating space to connect, share and grow with others on a similar path and along with support from fellow experts and practitioners.
